Appetite Stimulants Without Gluten

The first week of my self-experiment to feed me gluten-free, I have behind me. In part one of the first week summary Were you able to watch the beginning and the transition to a gluten-free diet at breakfast and lunch. Especially the lunch I made trouble, because I usually eat sandwiches for lunch.

Appetite Stimulants for Dinner In the evening there was a regular hot meals. Here I noticed the change in gluten-free food is also not so easy because I am an absolute?appetite stimulant and at least three to four times per week eat any pasta dish. Conventional pasta made from durum wheat semolina. Since wheat gluten is, I now had to give to my beloved pasta. The gluten-free alternative that is once again was very expensive and with rice noodles from the Asian store, you can hunt me. So I ate rice with fresh vegetables, fresh potatoes cooked in different variants, millet and vegetables with minute steak (without breading, since this is usually also contain gluten). In the supermarket I found gluten-free bread crumbs, but resigned in the face of the dear price. You must not know everything and even bread with salt, pepper and coriander panadenlose the schnitzel tasted quite passable. Sauces fell off once, because they are usually starchy and therefore gluten. I eat very little meat in general, so this time it fell away entirely during the week. One day I allowed myself then but still gluten-free spaghetti (expensive!) and delicious homemade tomato sauce.
