How significant is a tumor marker of 90?

Posted by admin on July 13th, 2011

Hi,I did the following:

How significant is a tumor marker of 90?My mother is a breast cancer survivor, however, I just heard today that her marker has gone up from the mid 30s to the 90s (I?m not sure which type of marker it is). She is scheduled to have a mammogram soon, but should I be worried? How significant is this increase?

Thanks in advance.
Her normal range is about 36. And her last treatment was a bit over 10 years ago I think. I believe she was at a IIB stage; I?m not positive about the lymph nodes, but my dad mentioned that she has been experiencing pain in that area recently.

Hi,

My mom got cancer back in 1975, and there was not to much hope for her back then. Nowdays there is so much better research into how cancer can be cured.

Do a google search for Dr. Otto Warburg. He won a Nobel Prize for discovering how to kill cancer cells. By exposing them to 8.5 PH environment, the cancer cells will die in a few hours.

To make yourself a little more alkaline is really easy, there is a company that sells a alkaline water machine in Torrance. It produces water up to 9.5PH. You can get free samples at their headquarters.

Try drinking the 8.5 PH water for about a week, then try the 9.0 PH water for about 2 weeks, it will make your body less acidic, and you will start to feel better. Your mom will feel even better than you will feel, because she will be less toxic after drinking the water for a couple of weeks.

I know a doctor that she can talk to and get more information if she wants the information.

Best of luck to you and your family.

Which serum marker? What is the normal range?
What was her previous breast cancer stage and her treatment?
How long ago was her initial breast cancer.
We would need much more specific information to answer this question, and the doctor who knows your mom?s case and has ordered this test should be explaining this result.
Here?s a 2006 article that may help.
Tumor markers in breast cancer have not been as clinically useful as serum markers for other types of cancer.
